SOB / AOR Flow Update + New PDF Button

Two Key Updates to Enhance Your Workflow for Open Enrollment 2024 and 2025

We’re thrilled to introduce two new updates designed to make your work with leads more efficient and secure, especially as we prepare for the upcoming enrollment periods.

1. Enhanced PDF Options for Better Compliance

  • New PDF Buttons: Based on client feedback, we’ve adjusted our PDF settings to meet specific compliance needs.
  • Two Options Available:
    • Basic PDF Button: Generates documents without Personal Identifiable Information (PII), which is ideal for carriers or CMS requirements.
    • Regular PDF Button: Contains all standard information, just like before.
  • Benefit: These options provide flexibility and ensure compliance, especially when sharing sensitive documents across different platforms.

2. Improved Lead Handling and Sales Management

  • Properly Transition AOR Leads: To manage Agent of Record (AOR) leads smoothly as they progress through stages in the CRM:
    1. Before Moving to New Lead Status: Always fill in the Sherpa Resume link field for each lead.
    2. Move to AOR New Lead Stage: Once the link is added, transition the lead to this status, setting it as Open for Sales.
  • Adding Sales Details: When a lead converts to a sale, fill out the following:
    • Effective Start Date: Input the plan’s start date.
    • Summary of Benefits (SOB): Include relevant benefit details.
    • Update in the CRM Tool: Transition the lead to the “Won Status” in the Agent Empowerment tab to finalize.
  • Automatic Updates: The CRM will automatically share these updates with clients, ensuring they have current plan details.

Summary
These new features keep workflows organized, compliant, and streamlined. Plus, they help ensure both your team and clients enjoy a more seamless experience during open enrollment and beyond.
