Agentsly Ai here

We’re excited to share the latest updates and improvements for the Agentsly AI Bot, designed to make your interactions with leads smoother, more compliant, and tailored to your specific needs. Here’s everything you need to know:

1. Automatic Stop & Resume on Manual Messaging

  • Auto-Stop Feature: When you manually message a lead in your Go High Level CRM or have an active workflow texting your leads, the bot will automatically pause, ensuring there are no overlapping or duplicated messages.
  • Resume with Double Comma: If you want the bot to continue after a manual message, simply add ,, within the same SMS, and the bot will resume quoting your leads until consent is required.

2. Customizable Plan Recommendations for ACA Leads

  • Plan Selection: The bot can be set to send one or up to three of the best silver or bronze ACA plan options, allowing you to provide personalized plan choices.
  • Consent Flexibility: For ACA quoting, consent can be requested at the beginning or end of the quoting process, providing control over when consent is collected from the lead.

3. Medicare Quoting for Leads Aged 64+

  • Automatic Medicare Mode: If a lead is aged 64 or older, the bot will automatically switch to Medicare quoting mode.
  • SOA Compliance: The bot will wait until an SOA (Scope of Appointment) consent is received before proceeding. It can also send an SOA consent request directly to the lead, ensuring compliance.

4. Dental Self-Enrollment Links

  • Self-Enrollment Only: Currently, the bot is not quoting dental plans but can send self-enrollment links to leads. Quoting for dental plans will be available soon.

5. Automatic Custom Field Updates

  • Field Types Supported: The bot can automatically update various custom fields in your CRM, including radio buttons, text fields, dates, and numbers. We’re also working on supporting dropdown fields in the near future.
  • Contextual Integration: Custom fields are considered by the bot during quoting, allowing for tailored responses that reflect each lead’s specific details.
